In November airBaltic operated 3,420 flights or 15% less than in November 2010, when airBaltic operated 4,002 flights. Between January and the end of November, the airline provided 51,811 flights in all.
The airline’s load factor, which represents the number of passengers as a proportion of the number of available seats, in November 2011 was at a level of 74% - or 10 percentage points more than in November 2010. During the eleven months of 2011 the airline’s load factor was at a level of 75% or 6 percentage points more than in the same period last year.
The 15-minute flight punctuality indicator for airBaltic was at a level of 92.7% in November 2011. This means that almost 93 of every 100 airBaltic flights in November departed at the time planned or with a delay of no more than 15 minutes.
